Arctic Gull is presented on this website as a trading brand of the registered Chinese entity 广州北极鸥汽配有限公司. The legal seller for any transaction will be identified in the applicable written quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract.
2. How the website message builder works
This website does not provide an account system, online checkout, server-side enquiry database or file-upload service. Information entered in the request-for-quotation form remains in the browser and is used only to prepare an email or WhatsApp draft.
Nothing is sent to Arctic Gull until you choose a communication channel, review the prepared draft and press Send in that external service. Label photographs and other files must be attached manually in your email or WhatsApp app.
3. Information you choose to provide
When contacting us, you may choose to provide:
- Your name, company and business contact details
- Your country or region, destination and requested quantity
- Transmission code, OE reference and vehicle information
- Unit-label photographs, product photographs or diagnostic information
- Other information needed to prepare or discuss a quotation
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or personal documents that are not needed for the enquiry. Remove unrelated personal information from photographs where practical.
4. How information may be used
Information voluntarily sent to us may be used to respond to the enquiry, review product identification, discuss fitment, prepare a quotation, communicate about a potential or existing order, protect business security and maintain records connected with an agreed transaction.
Providing information does not guarantee fitment, availability, pricing or acceptance of an order.
5. Email, WhatsApp and external services
Email, WhatsApp, Alibaba.com and other linked services are operated by third parties. Their own privacy, cookie, security and international data-processing practices apply when you use them.
The website hosting provider may process essential technical information, such as request and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. This website does not currently use advertising trackers or an analytics dashboard operated by Arctic Gull. The selected language is stored only on your device and is not sent to Arctic Gull.
6. Retention and security
Business communications may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain transaction records, address disputes or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. No internet or messaging channel can be guaranteed completely secure, so agree on a suitable method before sending sensitive commercial documents.
